From box to live in about a month.
A custom Agent Logic install is four moves: you get a Mac mini (bring your own to save $1,500, or add one to your build), I build your stack in my shop, I drive out and install it, and Tailscale keeps me tuning it remotely from there. No subscription. No black box. You own the hardware. I keep it standing.

- ~30 days

- ~1 day on site
- Remote tuning
- Tailscale, ongoing
You get a Mac mini.
2 in inventory right nowThe Mac mini is the box that runs everything. Compact, quiet, low-power, and reliable enough to sit in a back office or closet for years without anyone touching it.
Two paths to the hardware:
- Buy one of mine. I keep a small inventory of vetted Mac minis ready to go — currently 2 available. Tested, wiped, and ready for the build.
- Bring your own. If you already have a recent Mac mini (M-series chip, 16GB+ RAM, 512GB+ storage), I'll work with that. Saves the hardware cost.
Either way, the box stays yours. No leases, no subscriptions on the hardware itself.
I build your stack in my shop.
The Mac mini comes back to Fond du Lac. I install the full Agent Logic system on it, tuned to your trade and your operation:
- The agent crew. Sir Clawing Ton (the orchestrator) and the specialist agents that handle the actual work — same five-plus-pattern I run for my own business, scoped to yours.
- Mission Control. The dashboard for you and your team. See what's running, what's been done, what's pending approval.
- Integrations wired in. Phone (voice agent + missed-call SMS), email, text, and Telegram — all talking to the same system, all visible in Mission Control.
Build time is about 30 days from box-in-hand to fully tested. I run your stack on my bench through real test calls, real test emails, real test workflows. By the time it ships to you, the bugs that show up in the first week are already worked out.
I install it at your location.
Once your stack is tested and ready, I drive out and install it on site. About one day at your location, depending on how many integrations need to be hooked up to your live phone line, email, and team accounts.
What happens that day:
- Mac mini gets placed and plugged in (office, closet, back room — wherever it has power and ethernet)
- Phone number(s) wired to the voice agent — your existing line or a new one, your call
- Email + text + Telegram accounts authenticated and tested live
- You and your crew get hands-on training: what the system does, how to talk to it, how to read Mission Control, how to text me when something needs attention
- Live test calls and test emails until everyone in the room sees the system answer for itself
I don't leave until your team has used it end-to-end and you're comfortable.
Tailscale keeps me in the loop.
I install Tailscale on your Mac mini before I leave. Tailscale is an encrypted mesh network — it lets me securely SSH into your box for tuning, patches, monitoring, and fixes without opening any inbound holes in your network.
- Outbound-only. Nothing on the public internet can reach your box. Your Mac mini and my laptop both reach out to Tailscale's coordinator, then talk to each other through an encrypted tunnel.
- No port-forwarding. Your router doesn't need to be reconfigured. Nothing on your network gets exposed.
- Permissioned access. You can revoke my access at any time from the Tailscale admin panel. You always own the box.
- Ongoing tuning. When a new agent gets added to my own stack and tests well, it can be rolled out to yours. When something needs attention, I can be in your box in 30 seconds.
This is the part that makes the retainer real. You don't get a vendor who installs and disappears — you get someone who stays in the loop and keeps the system tuned as your business changes.
