Managed AI for trades and small businesses

Built by a carpenter who needs it to work.

I build, install, and maintain custom AI stacks for working trades businesses. Honest scope, real receipts, and a phone line that proves the demo by answering itself.

AI isn't sci-fi.
It's a phone line that picks up.

Three things every trades operator worries about, and what actually happens.

Hear it work →
  • “What's this gonna cost me?”

Honest scope, real receipts. Pay for the install. No subscription bleeding you monthly.

  • “It'll replace my crew.”

It books estimates and meetings, sends proposals, sends invoices, and saves you hours every week — so you can crew up, not down.

  • “I'll have to babysit it.”

I babysit it. You run jobs.

  • “I don't have time for another tool.”

I install it. I maintain it. If you have time to send a text, you have the perfect amount of time to run an AI system.

What this is

An honest description, before any pitch.

A working carpenter built this so other tradespeople wouldn't get stuck with chatbots that don't understand their business.

Agent Logic is a managed AI stack — not a SaaS subscription, not a chatbot in a box. I install it on your operation, wire it to your phone line, your email, your Telegram, and your file dump. I keep it tuned. When it breaks I fix it. When you grow, I extend it. You own the install. I own keeping it standing.

What it does today

These are my agents. What will yours do?

Everything below is in production right now in my own services business. Yours won't be a copy — it'll be the right agents and the right workflows for your operation. Here's the proof that the stack works.

Five agents. One stack you don't have to think about.

Sir Clawing Ton orchestrates the day. Larry plans new work. Samantha builds the files. Knox audits security every Sunday. Mira drives Playwright through any website you point her at. Each in their lane. Each in production. Yours will be a different five — the ones your business actually needs.

25+ daily cron jobs run autonomously, Telegram-monitored. Built and proven in a real services business since early 2026.

Your lead funnel, wired end-to-end

Every form, every cart, every chat on your site — routed into a lifecycle that emails them at the right time, in your voice, without you touching it.

17 email segments live across my funnel right now. 12-email walker cadences run for 7 weeks per buyer, automatically.

Your storefront for your expertise

Paid digital products that live on your site. Single buy or multi-item cart. Stripe handles the money; the stack handles the delivery and the follow-up.

12 products live on theaiguywi.com today, $1.99–$19.99. Bundled cart with rule-based upsell shipped May 15.

Your knowledge that doesn't forget

Past proposals, emails, project notes, training material — all of it searchable by meaning, not just keywords. Your AI stops being a stranger to your business.

NexusRAG running locally with 400+ documents indexed and a nightly sync. Semantic search with citations.

Your custom data engine

If your business runs on a specific data source — court filings, MLS, permit records, supplier feeds — we wire the pipeline. Real source. Real schedule. Real alerts.

Court Catch pulls foreclosure, probate, divorce, eviction, and tax-warrant filings from Wisconsin courts every Monday and Thursday.

Your phone, answered by AI

A real voice picks up. Schedules appointments. Takes notes. Hands the call back to you when it actually matters. Built on Twilio, sounds like a person.

Your website auditor on demand

Point at any URL — yours, a competitor's, a prospect's. Get a structured 8-section teardown: positioning, product, pricing, tech, traffic, UX, accessibility, opinion.

Mira drives Playwright through real sites; reports save to shared/web-analysis/. Worked example: a full teardown of leadsbyalex.com.

Why it works

Three things most AI consultancies get wrong.

This stack was built by someone who has to use it Monday morning to do real work. The trade-offs reflect that.

No guessing.

Math runs in real Python.

Drywall sheets, stud counts, flooring waste — every quantity comes out of a deterministic function with interview-sourced coefficients. The AI never picks the number; it just reads the result.

Five agents.

Specialists, not one chatbot.

An orchestrator routes the work. Specialist agents do web analysis, file creation, security audits, and lead pipelines. Daily self-audits catch drift before it reaches you.

Tribe voice.

Built by someone who swings a hammer.

Most AI consultancies have never run a trade business. The voice on the booking line, the tone of every report, the way the system thinks about your work — it all sounds like your foreman, not your software vendor.

Questions, answered straight

No sales runaround — here's what people actually ask.

Do you work remotely, or do you have to be on-site?
Both. I'm based in Fond du Lac and work with local businesses face-to-face, but the whole system is built to run and be managed remotely — so distance isn't a dealbreaker. Most ongoing management happens over a secure remote connection.
What does an "AI stack" actually do for my business?
It's a team of AI agents, each with a job — answering your phone, capturing leads, chasing follow-ups, organizing files, running reports — working together so the busywork runs itself. Think of it as hiring a digital crew that doesn't clock out.
How much does it cost?
The digital products are fixed-price: primers from $1.99, the ebooks and kits at $19.99, and the AI Discoverability Kit from $19.99 to $299. A full custom install for your business is $5,000 if you bring your own Mac, or $6,500 with the Mac mini included — plus a low monthly cost to keep it running (the AI subscriptions, phone line, and support). It always starts with a free audit, so we scope exactly what you need before you spend a dollar.
Is my business data private?
Yes. Your setup is its own isolated instance — it runs on your own machine, your data stays yours, it isn't pooled with other clients, and I don't sell or share any of it.
What's the difference between the training and a full install?
Training teaches you and your team to use AI well — self-paced and lower cost. An install is done-for-you: I build and wire up the custom AI stack on your hardware so it's running before I hand it over. Plenty of folks start with training and graduate to an install.
Can AI really answer my phone?
It already does — call 920-679-6207 and you'll reach the live demo line. It greets callers, answers questions, books appointments, and hands off to a human when it matters.
