Managed AI for trades and small businesses

Built by a carpenter who needs it to work.

I build, install, and maintain custom AI stacks for working trades businesses. Honest scope, real receipts, and a phone line that proves the demo by answering itself.

What this is

An honest description, before any pitch.

A working carpenter built this so other tradespeople wouldn't get stuck with chatbots that don't understand their business.

Agent Logic is a managed AI stack — not a SaaS subscription, not a chatbot in a box. I install it on your operation, wire it to your phone line, your email, your Telegram, and your file dump. I keep it tuned. When it breaks I fix it. When you grow, I extend it. You own the install. I own keeping it standing.

What it does today

Six things that are actually shipped.

Every card below is in production. If it's not on this list, I haven't built it yet — and I won't pretend I have.

Voice answering & scheduling

An AI assistant answers your phone, takes notes, books appointments, and texts you the summary.

Live on Alex's number. The 920-679-6207 line is the same software, in production.

Court records lead pipeline

Mondays and Thursdays we pull new foreclosure, probate, eviction, divorce, and tax-warrant filings straight from the courts and post the leads to your dashboard.

Running on Wisconsin CCAP since May 2026. Five lead types, deduped, with case screenshots.

Knowledge base ingestion

Drop messy PDFs, scanned permits, iPhone receipt photos, contractor docs — they get indexed into a RAG you can query in plain English.

OCR pipeline ships with tesseract + HEIC support. Tested on real contractor file dumps.

Proposal & invoice automation

Generate proposals with deterministic quantity math (no hallucinated drywall counts), email them with delivery tracking, and follow up automatically.

13 pure quantity-calculator functions for drywall, framing, flooring, tile. Verified end-to-end on real jobs.

Materials & rates catalogs

We build a master price list of your real labor rates and material costs from your interviews, then your AI uses them so it never quotes from internet averages.

Sourced from interviews; daily coverage audit catches gaps before they hit a proposal.

Why it works

Three things most AI consultancies get wrong.

This stack was built by someone who has to use it Monday morning to do real work. The trade-offs reflect that.

No guessing.

Math runs in real Python.

Drywall sheets, stud counts, flooring waste — every quantity comes out of a deterministic function with interview-sourced coefficients. The AI never picks the number; it just reads the result.

Five agents.

Specialists, not one chatbot.

An orchestrator routes the work. Specialist agents do web analysis, file creation, security audits, and lead pipelines. Daily self-audits catch drift before it reaches you.

Tribe voice.

Built by someone who swings a hammer.

Most AI consultancies have never run a trade business. The voice on the booking line, the tone of every report, the way the system thinks about your work — it all sounds like your foreman, not your software vendor.

How to work together

About Alex

Who's actually behind the phone line.

Alex Jahn, founder of Agent Logic, on a job site in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin

I'm Alex. Working carpenter and house-flipper in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. About a decade in the trades — framing, drywall, flooring, tile, the whole rotation — plus a working flip portfolio that has to actually pencil out.

I built Agent Logic for my own use first. The proposals, the lead pipeline, the voice line, the materials catalog — they came out of problems I hit on a Tuesday and needed solved by Thursday. Once it was running, other operators started asking how. So I turned it into something I could install for them too.

"No AI consultancy actually runs a real trade business. No carpenter actually runs a multi-agent stack. I'm the only person dumb enough to do both, which means I've already solved the problems you're about to hit."

Distribution artifacts

Three free playbooks. No email gate.

Read them, build it yourself, send me a note when it works. Or call when you want it installed without the weekend.
