This Privacy Policy explains how Turn-Key Pro Services LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company doing business as Agent Logic ("we," "us," "our"), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit theaiguywi.com (the "Site"), use our products and services, or otherwise interact with us by phone, text message, or email.
If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Site or our services.
1. Who We Are
Agent Logic is operated by Turn-Key Pro Services LLC, a Wisconsin LLC based in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. We build and operate AI software products and offer related professional services to small businesses, primarily in the trades.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly
- Contact information when you fill out a form, sign up for a free audit, request a training notification, or join a mailing list (name, email address, phone number, business name, optionally job-site address).
- Payment information when you purchase a paid product or service. Payment card numbers are collected and processed by our payment processor (Stripe) and never touch our servers — we receive only a transaction confirmation, the last four digits of the card, the billing email, and an order amount.
- Communications sent to us by email, phone, SMS, web chat, or web form. Voice calls to our published numbers may be recorded for quality and follow-up purposes; SMS messages are stored in our systems as part of operational records.
- Account or project content that you voluntarily share with us as part of an engagement (for example, documents you upload to a project workspace, notes you give us, or information you describe during a phone call).
Information collected automatically
- Usage and analytics data via Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity. These tools capture standard web analytics (pages visited, time on page, referring URL, device type, approximate location based on IP) and, in Clarity's case, anonymized session replays of how visitors interact with pages. We use this data to understand how the Site is used and to improve it.
- Cookies and similar technologies set by us or by our analytics providers to enable Site functionality and measurement. You can control cookies through your browser settings; doing so may affect Site functionality.
- Advertising and conversion data via the Meta (Facebook) Pixel. When you visit the Site, the Pixel may set cookies (such as
_fbp) and send Meta standard events — page views, and on confirmation pages sign-ups or purchases — so we can measure the performance of our Facebook and Instagram ads and reach similar audiences. This data is shared with Meta Platforms, Inc. under its terms. You can limit this through your browser cookie settings and your Meta ad preferences. - Call metadata when you call our published phone numbers — date, time, caller phone number, call duration, and outcome (whether an appointment was booked).
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, operate, and improve our products and services.
- To respond to inquiries you initiate by phone, text, email, or web form.
- To send transactional and operational communications (order confirmations, appointment confirmations, follow-up to a dropped call, replies to your questions).
- To send marketing communications (such as our email cadences) only to recipients who have signed up for them. Every marketing email contains an unsubscribe link.
- To process payments and fulfill orders for paid products and services.
- To measure Site performance and improve user experience.
- To comply with legal obligations and protect our legitimate business interests.
4. SMS and Text Messaging
Mobile information shared via SMS opt-in is not sold, rented, or shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This applies to any text-message data you provide to us, whether by replying to one of our texts or by calling our published business numbers.
We may send a single follow-up SMS message to the phone number of someone who has called our published business number (currently 920-679-6207) but ended the call without booking an appointment. The text asks whether the recipient would like a callback. This message is sent as an operational follow-up to a contact you initiated, not as marketing.
Opting out: Reply STOP or NO to any text message from us to opt out of any further SMS contact. Once opted out, your number is permanently flagged in our systems and will not be messaged again, even if you call us in the future.

Standard message-and-data rates may apply, set by your wireless carrier. We do not charge for sending or receiving SMS messages.
5. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below:
- Service providers who help us operate the Site and deliver our services, under contract obligations to handle your data only on our behalf. Current providers include:
- Stripe, Inc. — payment processing
- Twilio, Inc. — voice and SMS infrastructure
- ElevenLabs, Inc. — text-to-speech for our AI voice line
- Google LLC — Google Analytics 4 for website analytics
- Microsoft Corporation — Clarity for session analytics
- Cloudflare, Inc. — network and security infrastructure
- OpenRouter and the underlying model providers it routes to — large language model inference for our AI products
- Legal compliance — when required by valid legal process, court order, or government request, or to protect our rights and safety or those of others.
- Business transfer — if Turn-Key Pro Services LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy or any successor policy.
6. Your Rights and Choices
- Access, correction, deletion. You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] with your request.
- Marketing opt-out. Every marketing email contains an unsubscribe link. SMS opt-out via STOP/NO as described above.
- Analytics opt-out. You may opt out of Google Analytics via Google's browser opt-out add-on, and out of Clarity by enabling browser tracking protection or the Global Privacy Control signal.
- Do Not Track. We honor browser-level Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals where technically feasible.
If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know, the right to delete, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights. Submit requests to the email above.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Specifically:
- Marketing email subscriber lists — until you unsubscribe.
- SMS records — indefinitely once a number is marked opted out, so we can honor the opt-out.
- Payment records — minimum seven years, for tax and accounting purposes.
- Voice call recordings and transcripts — up to 90 days unless retained longer for a specific business reason.
8. Security
We use commercially reasonable physical, technical, and administrative safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Promptly notify us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your information.
9. Children
The Site and our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective date" at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised. Material changes will be communicated by updating this page; you should review it periodically.
